Recruitment Things: Responsibilities: Handling end to end recruitment process, such as : * Gather and learn client's requirement from business development team * Seeking for candidates resume ( job portal, social media, job posting ). * Maintain Applicant Database * Screening candidate’s resume * Phone / chat / email interview * Coordinate with involved Business Development Team for user interview / technical test session * Salary Negotiation, Tax Calculating to get applicant's gross / nett monthly / daily amount * Offering Letter * MOU * Collect timesheet
