We are currently looking for Sales Lead to join our team.Key Responsibilitiesa. Sales Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Define and implement sales strategies aligned with overall commercial goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Lead annual and quarterly sales planning across online, offline, and operations units.</li><li>Identify new growth opportunities and channel development potential.</li></ul>b. Team Leadership &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Manage and coach a high-performing sales team.</li><li>Set clear targets, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability across the team.</li><li>Foster a performance-driven and collaborative culture within the sales function.</li></ul>c. Cross-Functional<ul><li>Collaboration Align with Brand &amp; Marketing team on campaign plans, promotions, and product pushes.</li><li>Work closely with Sales Ops for forecast accuracy, stock flow, and reporting excellence.</li><li>Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external partners (e.g., resellers, platforms, retail partners).</li></ul>d. Channel Development &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Monitor and optimize performance of each sales channel (eCommerce, retail, marketplaces).</li><li>Drive excellence in customer journey, from discovery to conversion, across all platforms.</li><li>Oversee paid media budget for performance marketing</li></ul>e. Reporting &amp; Insights<ul><li>Analyze sales trends, customer data, and competitor activity to guide decisions.</li><li>Present performance updates and strategic insights to management regularly.</li></ul>
