About the Role:We are seeking a talented and passionate photographer to join our team. As a photographer at Howel and Co you will play a crucial part in planning and executing photo shoots, styling products, directing models, and editing images to create compelling visual content that resonates with our brand target audience.What we are looking:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in DKV, multimedia, photography, or proven experience as a Freelance Product &amp; Product Photographer.</li><li>Strong professional portfolio showcasing a variety of current photo work, including corporate, studio, website, and social media content.</li><li>Solid knowledge of photography and editing software, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.</li><li>Experience with both outdoor and studio photography, with proficiency in intermediate lighting setups.</li><li>Familiarity with Sony cameras is preferred.</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a professional photographer.</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.</li><li>Creative and artistic skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling ideas.</li></ul>What you will do:<ul><li>Plan and schedule shooting sessions, including creating mood boards and conceptualizing concepts for each project.</li><li>Set up lighting and style products for production, ensuring that each image meets the desired aesthetic and brand standards.</li><li>Direct models during photo shoots to effectively communicate the desired concept and capture compelling images.</li><li>Edit and retouch images to perfection, ensuring a polished final product that meets client expectations.</li><li>Prepare all necessary resources for photo shoots, including props, gear, talent, and studio spaces.</li><li>Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions for content improvement to the production team.</li><li>Plan and present photography workshops and training materials for the Content, Marketing, and Merchandise teams to enhance visual content production skills.</li></ul>

About the Role We’re looking for a creative Videographer to join our team at Howel &amp; Co. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for product launches, branding, and social media. You’ll work closely with our creative and social media teams to bring ideas to life and tell strong visual stories that reflect our brand.What we are looking:<ul><li>Should have at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in Communication/Marketing/Business</li><li>Have a minimum one year of working experience as videographer or video editor</li><li>Proficiency with camera equipment and with adobe Editing Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)</li><li>Great interpersonal skills</li><li>Keen eye for aesthetic and detail</li><li>Good portofolio of well visualizes brand building and advertising work</li><li>Able to work well in fast-paced environment, and have a flexible mobility</li><li>Deep passion for video editing and willingness to learn new video editing technologies</li></ul>What you will do:<ul><li>Develop engaging visual concepts of product launch with creative team (pre-production)</li><li>Film videos on set or location</li><li>Edit footage or raw videos into an attractive and high-quality video content for promotion and branding needs (post-production)</li><li>Work closely with social media team to gather performance insights to improve the performance of the future contents</li><li>Photography skill is a plus</li><li>Editing Motion Graphic</li></ul>
