Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide technical assistance and product support to customers -</li><li>Monitoring all projects progress according to the timeline</li><li>Collaborate with team members such as technical lead and developers to establish the project and create a future plan</li><li>Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.</li><li>Analyze customer data to improve best practices</li><li>Improve onboarding processes to make sure project is running well</li><li>Provide a dashboard to monitor project health status</li><li>Manage e-commerce customer use Magento platform</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fresh graduates are welcome</li><li>Vocational High School (SMK) graduate majoring in Information Technology or equivalent.</li><li>Strong knowledge of customer success processes</li><li>Good organized and able to do multi-task</li><li>Self-driven and proactive manner</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Great team player</li><li>Technical skills required &amp; able to learn new technology</li><li>Good analytical &amp; Problem-solving skills</li><li>Willing to work in shifts</li></ul>You can also send your CV to: famma@icubeonline.com with the subject Customer Support - Your Name
