About the role as a Course Consultant at InterLearning Centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational offerings and guiding prospective students towards the courses that are the best fit for their goals and needs. This full-time contract position is based in Cileungsi, West Java, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of this dynamic educational institution.What you'll be doing:<ul><li>Establish strong trust and rapport with customers, nurture long-term relationships, and generate referrals</li><li>Engage customers to understand their needs and interests, and design appropriate study plans during consultations</li><li>Effectively present and recommend programs that best match customer goals</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets</li><li>Actively participate in marketing and sales initiatives outside the centre</li><li>Carry out administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the company when requiredWhat we're looking for:</li><li>Passionate about working with children and supporting their growth and development</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Owns a personal vehicle with a valid driving license</li><li>Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets</li><li>Proven sales skills, including effective pitching and deal closing</li><li>Results-driven and performance-focused</li><li>Positive, proactive attitude with high emotional intelligence and enthusiasm</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)What we offer :At InterLearning Centre, we are committed to providing our employees with a stimulating and supportive work environment.
