Job DescriptionProperty Advisor is someone who is responsible for the specified target to handle clients in finding new properties, with details below:<ul><li>Achieving the predetermined target</li><li>Manage databases that have been provided</li><li>Introducing and presenting suitable housing for clients (Offline &amp; Online)</li><li>Assisting client consultations related to appropriate home needs</li><li>Build relationships with property developers</li><li>Able to negotiate with various parties for closing</li><li>Able to work with the aftersales team to take care of client transactions that have been dealt with</li><li>Make regular reports through the system</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Have professional work experience with a total of at least 2 years (1 year direct sales experience). Preferably sales experience in the property sector (Sales in-house developer)</li><li>Able to present, public speaking and good communication</li><li>Able to build good relationship and negotiation</li><li>Humble, confident, high work motivation, friendly, diligent and positive attitude</li><li>Have a willingness to learn to fulfill the job desc</li><li>Willing to do field work (Have a private vehicle (Sim A/C)</li><li>Willing to work under pressure</li><li>Willing to work according to target</li><li>Must enter on holidays including national holidays. As well as picket day on a predetermined normal day</li><li>Willing to be placed in Bandung area</li></ul>
