If you have a strong eye for design and thrive in a creative, detail-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities :• Develop design concepts, space planning, and material narratives• Prepare detailed drawings—joinery, furniture, lighting layouts, and finishes• Produce FF&amp;E specifications aligned with procurement• Create CGI renderings and presentation decks• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, vendors, and site teams• Review shop drawings, prototypes, and mock-ups• Conduct site inspections to ensure design quality• Support refurbishment projects in resort environments• Maintain documentation consistency across Company standardsQualifications :• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture• Minimum 7 years of professional experience (incl. 4+ years in hospitality/resorts/luxury residential)• Strong portfolio showcasing villas, guest rooms, F&amp;B venues, spas, and public areas• Solid understanding of FF&amp;E detailing, curation, and execution• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace• Rendering capability (CGI) using Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion• Strong detailing ability for joinery, lighting coordination, and FF&amp;E• Familiarity with Indonesian suppliers, fabrication, and construction• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders• Knowledge of BOQ prep, FF&amp;E schedule development, and mock-up approval• Comfortable working under tight deadlines• Experience in renovation or operational hotel environments is a plus

Keen attention to detail and unwavering precision in drafting. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architecture Drafter or related position.</li><li>Proficient computer skills: Auto Cad, Sketchup 2D and 3D, and basic administration programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).</li><li>Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
