Job Purpose :To provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience in accordance with company standards.Key Responsibilities :1. Guest Service<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.</li><li>Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions.</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.</li><li>Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.</li><li>Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and overall dining experience.</li><li>Handle guest complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor if necessary.</li></ul>2. Table Management<ul><li>Set up tables before service (tablecloths, cutlery, glasses, condiments, etc.).</li><li>Clear and reset tables efficiently between guests.</li><li>Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.</li><li>Assist in preparing and maintaining mise en place for service operations.</li></ul>3. Teamwork &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.</li><li>Support colleagues and help maintain smooth service during peak hours.</li><li>Participate in daily briefings and follow supervisor instructions.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Hygiene<ul><li>Follow food safety and hygiene standards according to company and local regulations.</li><li>Maintain personal grooming and appearance in line with company standards.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and service procedures.</li></ul>General Requirements :- At least minimum 1 year experience in reputable restaurant or hospitality industry- Good team work, positive attitude, creative, confident &amp; outgoing personality- Excellent communication skills &amp; strong attention to detail- Good command of English spoken &amp; written- Well groomed is a must- Able to join immediately

Job Purpose :To support bartenders by maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area, ensuring smooth and efficient bar operations and excellent guest service.Key Responsibilities :1. Bar Support &amp; Preparation<ul><li>Assist bartenders in preparing the bar for service (restock liquor, mixers, glassware, garnishes, and other supplies).</li><li>Refill ice bins, napkins, straws, and other bar materials as needed throughout the shift.</li><li>Ensure all bar tools and equipment are clean and ready for use.</li><li>Help prepare ingredients such as cutting fruits, refilling syrups, and restocking garnishes.</li></ul>2. Cleanliness &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Keep the bar area clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.</li><li>Collect and wash used glassware and return it to the bar promptly.</li><li>Remove trash and empty bottles regularly to maintain a tidy work environment.</li><li>Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.</li></ul>3. Operational Support<ul><li>Assist bartenders during busy hours to ensure fast and efficient service.</li><li>Help in receiving and organizing beverage deliveries.</li><li>Inform bartenders or supervisors about low stock or equipment issues.</li><li>Support closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and inventory checks.</li></ul>4. Job Purpose :To manage inventory administration and ensure effective cost control by maintaining accurate data, monitoring expenses, and supporting efficient operational and financial performance.Key Responsibilities :1. Inventory Administration<ul><li>Record daily stock movements (raw materials, spare parts, finished goods).</li><li>Ensure physical stock matches system records (stock card or ERP system).</li><li>Prepare and update monthly stock reports and reconciliation results.</li><li>Coordinate regular stock opname (physical inventory checks) with warehouse and accounting teams.</li><li>Input and update item data and pricing information in the system.</li></ul>2. Cost Control<ul><li>Monitor and record production, purchasing, and operational expenses.</li><li>Compare actual spending with budget (budget vs. actual analysis).</li><li>Prepare variance analysis reports and suggest cost efficiency measures.</li><li>Produce weekly/monthly cost control reports for management review.</li><li>Ensure all material usage and cost allocations follow company SOPs.</li></ul>3.
