About the role We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team at Lulu Bistrot Bali' in Badung, Bali. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our renowned cocktail program.What you'll be doing<ol><li>Preparing and serving a wide range of creative cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to our discerning clientele</li><li>Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area</li><li>Providing exceptional customer service and engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience</li><li>Collaborating with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and menu integration</li><li>Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations</li><li>Assisting with inventory management and stock control</li><li>Participating in product knowledge training and developing your bartending skills</li></ol>What we're looking for<ol><li>At least1 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in preparing a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails</li><li>Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience</li><li>Excellent knowledge of spirits, mixers, and current industry trends</li><li>Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service</li><li>Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers</li></ol>
