<ul><li>Develop and execute short-term and long-term brand strategies to maximize retail sales.</li><li>Lead and manage the brand retail team to achieve retail sales goals.</li><li>Ensure brand performance aligns with the strategic direction and brand concept, and be accountable to management.</li><li>Coordinate and collaborate with the business development and merchandising departments in executing retail sales plans.</li><li>Work with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns (both offline and digital) from concept to evaluation.</li><li>Conduct regular 4P analysis, market research, and competitor analysis.</li><li>Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with retailers, both at the head office and store operational levels.</li><li>Responsible for supply each brand related with leadtimes production, MOQ &amp; Production capacity &amp; commitment Knowledge of QC standards and product specification</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in branding or retail marketing, preferably in the fashion or consumer products industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of brand strategy and consumer behavior.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Creative, independent, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Ability to work in a team and manage projects with tight deadlines.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Business Management, or related field).</li></ul>
