PT Forte Artha Solusi

Tentang Perusahaan

Forte exists because two things that have to sit together were sitting in two different companies. One of them had spent a decade working out what a psychometric instrument has to do to be worth answering. The other had spent seventeen years building software that keeps running after the launch party. Assessment in Indonesia has mostly been sold as a service: half a day of someones time, a report a week later, and an interpreter you have to book to understand it. That model works for the interpreter. It does not work for an owner who has to decide on Thursday. So the brief was narrow. Thirty minutes, on a phone, once. A report the person it is about can read without help, and a number the person deciding can defend in a room. No certificate, no waiting, no translation between the two.
