JOB DESCRIPTION<ul><li>Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services in line with company requirements.</li><li>Manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.</li><li>Coordinate logistics operations, including shipping, customs clearance, and local transportation.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and track incoming/outgoing shipments.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and delivery priorities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.</li><li>Handle problem resolution related to suppliers, deliveries, or logistics delays.</li><li>Support reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis related to procurement and logistics.</li></ul>REQUIREMENT<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.</li><li>1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered).</li><li>Knowledge of international trade, import/export procedures, and customs regulations is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement software.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>[Optional: Language requirement – e.g., proficiency in Mandarin/English].</li></ul>

Job Description<ul><li>Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.</li><li>Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.</li><li>Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.</li><li>Assist with preparing financial reports and budgets.</li><li>Maintain filing systems for financial documents (both digital and physical).</li><li>Support audits by preparing required documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance/Accounting Manager.</li></ul>Requirement<ul><li>Proficient in Mandarin</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in accounting is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or others).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
