Job Description: We are seeking a proactive HSE Officer to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across our solar rooftop construction projects in Indonesia. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about renewable energy and workplace safety.Key Responsibilities:<ol><li>Safety Compliance &amp; Risk Prevention<ul><li>Enforce company and legal HSE policies (including OSHA, Indonesian K3 regulations, and international EPC standards).</li><li>Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and hazard assessments (JSA/JHA).</li><li>Monitor PPE usage, fire safety, electrical safety, and working-at-height protocols.</li></ul></li><li>Site Inspections &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Perform routine inspections to identify unsafe acts/conditions.</li><li>Document near misses, incidents, and corrective actions.</li><li>Prepare weekly HSE reports for project management.</li></ul></li><li>Environmental Protection:<ul><li>Ensure proper waste management (e.g., PV module packaging, chemical disposal).</li></ul></li><li>Emergency Preparedness:<ul><li>Maintain first aid kits and emergency equipment.</li><li>Participate in drills (fire evacuation, medical emergencies).</li></ul></li></ol>Job Requirement<ol><li>Bachelor’s degree&nbsp;in Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or related field.&nbsp;K3 certifications&nbsp;(Umum, Konstruksi, AK3 Listrik) a plus.</li><li>Basic HSE Knowledge:&nbsp;Understanding of Indonesian regulations (UU K3, Permenaker) &amp; international standards (ISO 45001/14001);&nbsp;Risk assessment&nbsp;(JSA, HIRA) &amp;&nbsp;HSE tool&nbsp;(checklists, apps) familiarity.</li><li>Strong communication &amp; vigilance:&nbsp;Ability to engage workers/subcontractors; proactive, detail-oriented approach to&nbsp;hazard identification.</li><li>On-site &amp; English:&nbsp;Willingness to work&nbsp;full-time on project site;&nbsp;Basic English proficiency&nbsp;for reporting/documentation.</li></ol>
