Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Check commercial invoice against packing List, delivery note &amp; BC4.0</li><li>Issue toll related tax invoices to customers</li><li>Calculate processing fees and create processing fees invoices in ERP</li><li>Check supplier tax Invoices and related input VAT and input supplier invoices into ERP (A/P entry)</li><li>Reconcile local sales/delivery report against LV system sales reports in month end</li><li>Check inventory reports against stock transaction reports in ERP</li><li>Calculate raw materials usage at month end for management reports</li><li>Check and verify PPh 21, PPh 23 and other taxes against tax system (CORETAX)</li><li>Calculate PIT on monthly payroll</li><li>Submit VAT, CIT and other tax reports into tax system (CORETAX)</li><li>Coordinate with Tax Department on daily tax matters</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>D3 or S1 Finance/Accounting/Management</li><li>3 Years or more related experiences</li><li>Familiar tax laws and regulations</li><li>Good knowledge of inventory control and costing</li><li>Advance users of MS Offices, CORETAX</li></ul>
