Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle the procurement process of goods/services according to company needs.</li><li>Search for and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price and quality.</li><li>Create Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure smooth purchasing administration.</li><li>Maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.</li><li>Ensure on-time delivery and quality of purchased items.</li><li>Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse and related user departments for goods receiving.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any major.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.</li><li>Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.</li><li>Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>
