Role Summary:The incumbent is responsible to achieve retail turnover target by executing all retail commercial (sales) and marketing activities and maintain the sustainability of Legrand branding in retail coverage areas.Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>Be a contact point of retailer and project regarding Legrand Products.</li><li>Execute retail commercial (sales) &amp; marketing activities.</li><li>Maintain the sustainability of Legrand branding in the retail coverage areas.</li><li>Retail business activity (visit, promotion, event, etc).</li><li>Achieve turnover target (quarterly &amp; yearly).</li><li>Create and maintain good relationship with customers.</li></ul>Role Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum bachelor’s degree from any discipline.</li><li>Prior experience in sales or related roles.</li><li>Experience in hotel procurement is a plus.</li><li>Strong customer focus, an advocate of excellent customer service.</li><li>Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Target-driven, to meet business targets and goals.</li><li>Independent as well as a team player.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to engage people from all levels.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – English basic business level.</li><li>Good Presentation Skills (including preparing of PowerPoint slides).</li><li>Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).</li></ul>
