Luxfeline Global Technology is looking for a Mandarin Assistant who can fluently communicate in Mandarin and support executive and operational tasks across the company. You will work closely with Chinese-speaking management, handle translation duties, and assist in coordination between local and Mandarin-speaking teams. This position requires strong Mandarin proficiency and maturity in handling fast-paced business communication.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide&nbsp;Mandarin ↔ Bahasa Indonesia / English&nbsp;translation during meetings, calls, and daily communication.</li><li>Assist Chinese-speaking executives with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks.</li><li>Translate business documents, reports, emails, and communication materials.</li><li>Help manage schedules, appointments, follow-ups, and reporting.</li><li>Support cross-department communication to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Join external meetings or business visits to assist in real-time interpretation.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all translation and communication activities.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Requirements Fluent Mandarin speaking &amp; listening — must be confident and fast.</li><li>Minimum HSK Level 4–6 required.</li><li>Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.</li><li>Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Mandarin assistant, translator, interpreter, or similar role.</li><li>Experience working with Chinese managers or Chinese companies is strongly preferred.</li><li>Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination ability.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Must work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Salary:&nbsp;Rp 12.000.000 – 18.000.000.</li><li>BPJS Kesehatan &amp; BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.</li><li>Parking membership support (car or motorcycle).</li><li>Supportive workplace and direct collaboration with management.</li><li>Long-term career growth in an international business environment.</li></ul>
