(a Danish trading & investment company), and PT Sumber Selatan Nusa (an Indonesian company) In 1987 Sadolin & Holmbald A/S was acquired by Nobel Industries of Sweden, In 1990 Nobel Industries was acquired by Akzo Coatings International BV of Holland, and as a result Akzo Nobel became a shareholder of Danapaint, In 1995 Akzo and The East Asiatic Company sold their shares to Sumber Selatan Nusa Until 2005 Danapaint had been manufacturing and marketing the following categories of paints and coatings : - Decorative Paint - Automotive Refinish - Wood Finish - Protective & Heavy Duty Coating - Marine Paint - Industrial Paint Since 2005 Danapaint has decided to focus its business in Decorative Paints and Auto Refinishes In 2006 Danapaint entered into a Technical License Agreement with Isamu Paint of Ja
