• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or other related fields).• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or maximum 1–2 years of working experience in sales or engineering.• Basic understanding of technical products, mechanical/electrical systems, or industrial solutions.• Strong communication and presentation skills.• Target-oriented with high motivation to build a career in sales.• Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions.• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.• Willing to travel for business trips and be assigned to any operational area as required.• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).• Good command of English (written and spoken is preferred).Responsibilities (optional):• Participate in structured training and mentoring programs to gain comprehensive knowledge of products, business processes, and sales strategies.• Identify and develop new market opportunities.• Analyze customer technical requirements and propose appropriate product solutions.• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and related documentation.• Conduct negotiations and close sales to achieve assigned targets.• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or industrial products (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).• Strong technical understanding of engineering products, systems, or industrial solutions.• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Strong negotiation and closing skills.• Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.• Good command of English (both written and spoken)Responsibilities :• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts.• Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions.• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits.• Prepare technical proposals, cost calculations, and commercial quotations.• Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate specifications and successful project execution.• Provide after-sales technical support and maintain long-term customer relationships.• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.• Maintain accurate sales records and reports in the company system.
