Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Conduct trend research, market analysis, and consumer insights to inform design decisions and ensure relevance in the streetwear market.</li><li>Create mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, and tech packs for production teams and manufacturers</li><li>Work closely with material sourcing and production teams to select fabrics, trims, and finishes appropriate for streetwear designs.</li><li>Ensure consistency in design language, branding, and quality across all product lines</li><li>Monitor the development process to meet design intent, timelines, and quality standards.</li></ul>Requirements :<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as a fashion or product designer, preferably in streetwear or youth-oriented fashion.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, particularly in apparel and accessories.</li><li>Good understanding of garment construction, textile properties, and fashion production processes</li><li>Deep passion for streetwear, urban culture, and emerging fashion trends</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs</li></ul>

Key Responsibility :<ul><li>Define and execute the brand’s positioning, vision, and messaging to strengthen its market presence</li><li>Good understanding P&amp;L (Profit and Loss) forecasts, annual budgets and performance reports.</li><li>Develop and implement long-term brand growth strategies aligned with company goals</li><li>Lead the branding and communication strategies for new product launches and seasonal collections.</li><li>Market research &amp; Trend Analysis</li><li>Retail &amp; E-commerce Branding</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets across retail channels (offline &amp; online)</li><li>Oversee end-to-end brand operations</li></ul>Job Requirements :<ul><li>Bachelors degree in any major or a related field</li><li>Max 28-30 years old</li><li>1+ years experience in Brand Management preferably in the fashion industry is a must</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and influencer collaborations</li><li>Passion for fashion, trends and consumer behavior</li><li>Passes a deep understanding of sales strategic &amp; marketing channels and tools.</li><li>Strong leadership and resultoriented</li><li>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted</li></ul>
