General Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, PKWT/PKWTT, etc.).</li><li>Proven experience in HR strategy, organization development, and talent management.</li><li>Solid knowledge of applied psychology, particularly in:<ul><li>Recruitment and psychological assessment,</li><li>Employee behavior and motivation,</li><li>Conflict resolution and counseling,</li><li>Personality and competency mapping.</li></ul></li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Strong leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.</li><li>Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Master’s Degree (S2) in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>HR or Psychology certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP, HRCI, Assessor Certification, or equivalent).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive change management and employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Strong analytical, psychological insight, and decision-making abilities.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities (Summary)<ul><li>Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.</li><li>Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation &amp; benefits, training &amp; development, employee relations, and compliance.</li><li>Conduct or oversee psychological assessments in recruitment, promotion, and talent development processes.</li><li>Provide counseling and psychological support for employees when needed</li><li>Ensure alignment of HR practices with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Lead initiatives to improve organizational culture</li></ul>
