Key Responsibilities:<ol><li>Drive Strategic HRBP Initiatives:</li></ol><ul><li>Act as a strategic business partner for internal departments and external partners, with a focus on supporting talent needs for IT, digital, and startup ecosystems.</li><li>Ensure HR strategies align with business goals, especially in technology-driven environments.</li></ul><ol start="2"><li>Strengthen External Relations:</li></ol><ul><li>Seek and maintain partnerships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders within the tech, digital, and startup landscapes.</li><li>Identify and foster opportunities for collaboration to support business growth, project needs, and talent pipelines.</li></ul><ol start="3"><li>Lead Recruitment for Tech and Digital Roles:</li></ol><ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions such as Product Managers, Software Developers, UI/UX Designers, Digital Marketing Specialists, and IT Project roles.</li><li>Ensure quality of hire and alignment with organizational needs through proactive sourcing and effective selection processes.</li></ul><ol start="4"><li>Advise Management on Workforce and Talent Strategies:</li></ol><ul><li>Provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and HR initiatives that support business development.</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to ensure talent strategies anticipate and meet future organizational demands.</li></ul><ol start="5"><li>Mentor Talent for Outsourcing and Career Readiness:</li></ol><ul><li>Provide structured guidance and mentorship programs to prepare candidates for outsourcing projects and long-term career success in the technology sector.&nbsp;</li><li>Support talent in developing both technical and professional competencies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1-3 years experience as HR with additional experience in partnership</li><li>Strong knowledge in partnership, especially in IT &amp; Digital industry</li><li>Familiar with IT &amp; startup industry landscape</li><li>Experienced in hiring Digital Talent (Product Manager, Programmer, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, or other IT Project roles)</li><li>Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)</li><li>Has experience in outsource and mentoring is a plus</li></ul>
