Join Sparks Math team and be part of a meaningful educational journey!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop lesson modules, practice questions, and teaching media aligned with the curriculum.</li><li>Adapt materials based on each student’s level and learning needs.</li><li>Explain mathematical concepts clearly and in an engaging manner.</li><li>Conduct regular evaluations to monitor student progress.</li><li>Provide constructive feedback and recommend effective learning strategies.</li><li>Maintain open communication with parents regarding student development.</li><li>Create a positive, disciplined, and enjoyable learning environment.</li><li>Encourage students to be confident and overcome their fear of Mathematics.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Math Education, Engineering, or related fields.</li><li>At least 1 year of teaching experience in Mathematics (formal or informal settings such as private tutoring or learning centers).</li><li>Experience teaching children aged 3–12 years old.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes:<ul><li>Strong understanding of basic to advanced Math concepts.</li><li>Patient, communicative, and able to build rapport with students.</li><li>Creative in delivering lessons and flexible in teaching methods based on student personality and needs.</li></ul>Other Requirements:Willing to support marketing events and trial classes.
