WellState is a premium real estate investment advisory based in Bali, working exclusively with verified developers and high-yield projects.We are seeking a Local Real Estate Broker to join our on-site team in Canggu. Main responsibilities:• Advise local and international clients on investment property opportunities in Bali.• Conduct viewings, prepare proposals, and manage deal flow.• Maintain professional communication between developers, legal teams, and clients.• Track market trends, new listings, and transaction updates.• Represent WellState’s standards of professionalism and client service.2. Required Qualifications• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate, banking, investment, or high-value sales.• Fluent Indonesian and conversational English (B2 or higher).• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• Proactive mindset, disciplined work ethic, and client-oriented approach.• Familiarity with property documentation and local market specifics is a plus.3. Salary Range &amp; Benefits (6 million IDR/ month + Bonus +Commision)• Base salary + commission from closed deals.• Fast commission payouts after each transaction.• Access to verified developer projects and exclusive listings.• Training and analytics from WellState experts.• Modern office in Canggu with a professional international team
