Retno Kusumorini Firdaus has over 15 years of experience in HR with reputable companies, and is a combination of a consultant and practitioner in areas such as Reward Strategy, HRBP, Organization Analysis, Workforce Planning, and HR Policy. She is passionate about strategic quantitative human resources, stakeholder relationship management, and coaching. She is interested in modern work culture and aim to unleash talent potential while adding value to employers. She has a Master's degree in Management from the University of Hertfordshire and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Universitas Indonesia. She is also certified as a Professional Coach by Coaching Indonesia and as a Targeted Selection Interviewer and Administrator by DDI.
