Job Responsibilities: - Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and assets for use in [insert medium: games, animation, films, virtual environments, etc.]. - Work closely with art directors and other team members to understand the vision and ensure assets align with project goals. - Develop assets in both low-poly and high-poly styles, ensuring they meet technical and aesthetic requirements. - Implement assets into real-time engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and optimize them for performance and visual quality. - Participate in the creation and management of asset libraries and ensure consistency across projects. - Use industry-standard software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter, etc.) to create and refine 3D assets. - Collaborate with animators, lighting artists, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of assets. - Assist in troubleshooting and solving asset-related technical issues during production. - Stay updated on new tools, techniques, and trends in the 3D art industry. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a 3D Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D models and assets. - Proficiency in 3D modeling and sculpting software (e.g., Blender, Maya, ZBrush, etc.). Experience with texturing tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop, etc.). - Ability to work in both a team environment and independently. - Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. - Ability to take direction and adapt to changes in project scope or feedback. - Strong communication and organizational skills.
