Experience You Should Have - Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing, including exposure to mix development, consumer insights, digital marketing, and local market execution - Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously - Experience in the ice cream category is a plus What you'll be responsible for: - Build a deep understanding of the region, including category dynamics, segments, and channels - Drive platform for novel formats by ensuring mix superiority through consumer-driven product innovation and compelling communication - Apply regional and cultural insights to optimize the 6P mix across markets - Develop full marketing mixes and conduct relevant testing in key markets - Create and execute communication assets (Key Visuals, Social First Digital Assets) that support the value proposition - Lead regional innovation projects effectively to land OTIF - Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, CMI, and CTI - Manage project budgets, including planning and monitoring
