Account Executive

Sekarlite by STAR Software Indonesia is looking for a disciplined Account Executive to act as the primary liaison between our clients and our internal production team.

Qualifications:

• Professional verbal and written skills for client and internal coordination

• High accuracy in all copy, reports, and administrative tasks

• Capability to handle various client accounts and tasks simultaneously

• Highly proficient in using Google Ecosystem

• Fast and reliable communication via WhatsApp & email

• Preferred basic understanding of digital ads and marketing

• Willing to work on-site at our production office in Yogyakarta

Job Description:

• Manage the daily communication flow

• Execute timely posting across all social media platforms

• Assist Sales by qualifying inbound business leads

• Coordinate and oversee our KOL community

• Handle community engagement, including comments and DMs

• Schedule internal "Sync" meetings and external client calls
