Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Kick Avenue is looking for a driven and communicative Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with sellers, both from China and local markets, while driving GMV growth and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Job Description:
• Seller Acquisition & Onboarding
Search, approach, and acquire new sellers from China and local markets. Conduct outreach via email, WeChat, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Explain Kick Avenue’s value proposition, authentication flow, fee structure, and seller benefits. Guide sellers through onboarding until they are actively selling.

• Seller Relationship Management
Manage relationships with Chinese and local sellers. Act as PIC for daily communication related to stock, pricing, catalog, and shipment. Handle seller issues professionally and ensure long-term retention.

• Performance Growth & Revenue
Drive seller GMV growth by optimizing listings, pricing, and product expansion. Monitor seller performance metrics and generate actionable insights.

• Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Tech teams to ensure smooth workflows. Coordinate campaigns, livestreams, and content needs with the Marketing team.

• Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure sellers comply with quality, authenticity, and marketplace regulations.
Educate sellers to minimize violations and operational issues.

Requirements:
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken & written).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and seller-facing skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Seller Relationship Management, Account Executive, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest and knowledge in the sneakers & fashion industry.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Open to foreign candidates with a valid Indonesian work permit (KITAS).
