Account Executive

Position: Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in building strong relationships between clients and workers. Success in this role means being able to manage client communications effectively, understand their needs, and ensure that the services provided meet the company’s standards.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange and facilitate conference calls between clients and employees

• Handle customer complaints with appropriate and professional solutions

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via the official Admin WhatsApp

Qualifications:

• Aged 22–27 years old

• Minimum education: Diploma 3 (preferably in Communication Studies, Psychology, Management, Marketing, or Public Relations)

• Based in South Jakarta or surrounding areas

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer relations or customer service

• Strong public speaking skills

• Target-oriented, detail-oriented, multitasking, communicative, honest, innovative, and quick to learn

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and WhatsApp

• Willing to work remotely or on-site (WFO), with weekdays off

• Willing to work with targets and commit to a minimum one-year contract
