Job Description: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and maintaining strong client relationships. Develop and present campaign proposals, including digital strategy, timeline, and budget planning. Oversee project execution to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare regular campaign reports to update clients on progress, performance metrics, and key insights. Support pitching processes for acquiring new clients by contributing to strategic planning. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by offering proactive solutions and fresh ideas. Manage administrative tasks such as contracts, invoicing, project documentation, and post-campaign reporting. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of working experience as an Account Executive in a digital agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, paid media, influencer marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented, organized, and strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Confident in delivering presentations and communicating ideas to clients and internal teams. Proficient in project management and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Trello; familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Fluent in English (written and spoken) is an advantage, especially when dealing with international clients.
