- Manage Client - Responsible for achieving individual sales target - Handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection and problem solving - Building relationship with new clients - Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients - Bachelor Degree from any major - Fluent in English is a must - Minimum of >3 years of experience in sales, business development in IT Outsourcing - Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach - Proficient in using data analysis tools to track and report on account performance - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
