Achieve growth and hit sales targets.



Manage and monitor all order progress.



Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company customer base and ensure a strong presence.



Understand customers' needs.



Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.



Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.



Requirements





Minimum 2–3 years of experience.



Minimum Bachelor's Degree.



Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.



Business and Team Management Knowledge.



Proficiency in Windows Office.



Proficient in English (Verbal & Written).



Management skills.



Negotiation skills.



Communication skills.
