Account Manager

Requirements:

1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree (S1) with a GPA of at least 2.75

2. 1–2 years’ experience in IT sales or business development. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with end users, partners, and distributors.

4. Proven experience in handling enterprise accounts such as government, telco, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), manufacturing, and healthcare.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proactive, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets.

2. Maintain strong relationships with principals and distributors.

3. Identify solutions and opportunities for clients.

4. Follow up with clients until securing a Purchase Order (PO).

5. Exhibit strong negotiation skills.

6. Present i3 solutions effectively, including understanding and communicating the company's products and solutions.
