Account Manager

Job Description: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams. Hunt and develop new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio. Lead end-to-end project management – from planning and execution to reporting. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions. Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality execution. Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights or optimization recommendations. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to support account growth. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations or proposals for clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and issue resolution. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital or creative agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, SEO/SEM, and content strategy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented, organized, and strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Confident in delivering presentations and communicating ideas to clients and internal teams. Proficient in project management and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello. Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) is a plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken) is an advantage, especially when dealing with multinational clients.
