Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Batam for a Executive Finance (Account Payable).
The role involves handling accounts payable, managing financial documentation, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting tax compliance activities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, reconciliations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable transactions
Prepare and analyze financial reports
Ensure compliance with internal controls and tax regulations
Assist in month-end closing activities
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support budget tracking and variance analysis
Qualifications
Proficiency in financial reporting and documentation
Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
Skills in Financial Reporting
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant experience in the financial sector and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Brevet A & B certification or tax knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is advantageous
