Account Payable Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the accounts payable team to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely. processing of invoices and payments.

• Ensure all invoices are properly approved, coded, and processed within the set timeline.

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and manage vendor inquiries and disputes.

• Monitor and manage accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely payments and resolve any outstanding issues.

• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures related to accounts payable.

• Continuously review and improve the accounts payable process to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.

• At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable management.

• Experience in Odoo is preferable.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
