Responsibilities





Manage and oversee the accounts payable team to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely. processing of invoices and payments.



Ensure all invoices are properly approved, coded, and processed within the set timeline.



Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and manage vendor inquiries and disputes.



Monitor and manage accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely payments and resolve any outstanding issues.



Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.



Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures related to accounts payable.



Continuously review and improve the accounts payable process to increase efficiency and accuracy.



Requirements





Bachelor's degree in accounting.



At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable management.



Experience in Odoo is preferable.



Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.



Strong attention to detail and accuracy.



Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
