Account Receivable Staff

Requirements

• Max 30 Years old

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and or Business Management and 1 to 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience as well as formal training in people skills.

• Have 1-2 years' experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in logistics and forwarding.

• Experience from roles within an international company, familiarity with cultural differences.

• Proven accounting experience and a solid understanding of working within a networked business

• Have a good communication skill

Jobdesc :

• monitoring Invoice submission, credit facility especially for duty Tax, deposit duty customer ( AZI)

• Create new customer to Poseidon .

• Send SOA and follow up to each customer related to outstanding invoice overdue by email and Getpaid system.

• Issued dunning letter to customer bad payer.

• Follow up collection to customer by phone , Process refund WHT and overpaid from customer. Collect WHT slip to customer -

• Follow up request payment details to customer before month end closing.

• Submit TOD to BPO and checking payment receipt in bank related COD customer.
