The day-to-day activities: 

Maintain the highest accuracy and standards around campaign setup, reporting and customer service. 

Traffic campaigns and ads in GrabAd’s proprietary systems. Complete campaign audits using checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness of campaign. 

Provide campaign screenshots. 

Generate Weekly and End of Campaign reports. 

Respond to daily tickets and tasks in an efficient, effective and timely manner. 

Provide support and coverage to other team members, so that the overall team’s daily tickets and tasks are responded to in a timely manner, and quality and service standards are maintained. 

Proactive in learning and developing oneself in order to be up to date with new information, constant changes and to be a well-versed specialist in all aspects of daily operations. 

Not be afraid to challenge the status quo and proactively surface challenges and solutions, and drive automations, operational efficiency, effectiveness, and service excellence. Proactively suggest and drive enhancements to ticketing workflows. 

Participates in projects to improve processes and product capabilities, and that contributes to the team’s goals. Perform other duties as assigned by the Ad Operations Team. ​

They must haves: 

2+ years of Digital Advertising Operations or Trafficking experience 

Bachelor’s degree Flexible to work in different Southeast Asian time zones. 

Excellent oral and written English
