Responsibilities: - Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone/email - Promote products and explain features & benefits - Identify customer needs and handle objections - Support product setup and usage - Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records Requirements: - Diploma/Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience are a plus - Min. 6 months experience in telesales/telemarketing/sales/CS - Proven sales target achievement (phone-based preferred) - Strong communication & negotiation skills - Detail-oriented, proactive, and team player - Basic English (spoken) & good English writing skills
