Accounting Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Financial Transaction Management

   • Manage and record all daily transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

   • Process incoming and outgoing invoices and ensure timely payments, and periodic bank and credit card reconciliations

2. Financial Reporting

   • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) for both internal or external parties.

   • Prepare internal management reports as needed. Support external and internal audit processes by providing necessary data.

3. Tax and Regulatory Compliance

   • Assist in the calculation, payment, and reporting of monthly and annual taxes (PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT, etc.).

   • Ensure all accounting practices comply with the applicable Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) in Indonesia.

4. Operational Support

   • Manage the reimbursement, employee expense reports, track project budget, and expenditures

   • Maintain and archive financial documents in a systematic and orderly manner

5. Process Improvement

Key Selection Criteria

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in accounting, finance, or auditing. Fresh-graduate or final year university students are welcome to apply

• Experience in a consulting or service-based company is a plus.

• Understanding of the full accounting cycle and Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).

• Experience in managing corporate taxation (PPh, VAT).

• Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

• High attention to detail, well-organized, can work under tight deadlines, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High integrity and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of financial data.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team with good communication skills.
