Check all business-related records and/or transactions that have been inputted into the System by the Data Entry.



Process payment of invoices and input into the System



Settle the sales income and ensure that related non-cash income has been credited into relevant bank account



Reconcile all business-related bank account



Prepare Financial (Profit and Loss) Report and Balance Sheet at the very least, Cash Flow Statement and Bank Reconciliation if needed by the Client.



Performing any other relevant ad-hoc administrative tasks as required



Requirements





Candidate must reside in Bandung because this is a hybrid-job



A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance



Must have minimum 1 year job experience as an Accountant and/or Finance



Attention to detail is a must



Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel



Familiar using ERP or other accounting application



Possess analytical and systematic frame of thinking
