Accounting Officer

Job Description :

1. Prepare and file accounting supporting documents, such as received vouchers, payment vouchers, and journal vouchers.

2. Input journal transactions on accounting software based on supporting documents.

3. Prepare and report monthly withholding tax reporting (excluding WHT Art 21).

4. Update fixed asset data & input depreciation journal every month.

5. Extract financial data from accounting software 6. Prepare documents for audit-related purposes.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Economics, majoring in Finance/Accounting.

2. Proficiency in accounting software, such as MYOB/Accurate/other relevant software.

3. Having at least 1 year of experience in the field of finance/accounting/taxation is an advantage.

4. Having a certificate of Brevet A & B is an advantage.

5. Team player and have the passion to grow and learn.

6. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.

7. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
