Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance - Minimum 5 years of accounting experience - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, and ERP systems - Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred - Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility Key Responsibilities - Daily activities of the accounting team (GL, AP, AR, tax) - Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with - Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) - Conduct bank reconciliations, adjusting entries, and account analysis - Manage tax reporting (VAT, PPh 21, 23, 25) and ensure regulatory compliance - Coordinate internal and external audits and respond to audit inquiries - Participate in stock opname and cost control in collaboration with the warehouse and production teams - Provide financial insights to support budgeting and decision-making
