Accounting Supervisor

This position is for our sister company, Called "SOFRA Turkish Cafe and Restaurant", placement in CBD ONE SATRIO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.

• Prepare and review financial statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets.

• Monitor cash flow and perform monthly bank reconciliations.

• Manage inventory records and coordinate with procurement for cost control.

• Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.

• Prepare monthly and annual tax reports (PPH, PPN) as needed.

• Work closely with operational and management teams to support business decisions.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

  REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree/ min. D3 in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry (especially restaurant).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, especially when dealing with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
