Good understanding of order management, stock control, returns, and shipping processes



Communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently



Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus



Able to work both independently and as part of a team, and perform well under pressure



Willing to work in shifts



Candidates with English language proficiency are preffered
