Currently, one of our clients in the professional automotive coating industry is looking for an Admin Finance to join their internal team.

Requirements:

• One year of experience in a similar role

• Basic understanding of English (general use is sufficient)

• Experience with SAP is a plus

• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible

Job Responsibilities:

• Report, submit, and reconcile Withholding Tax (WHT) and Value Added Tax (VAT)

• Track invoices and reward programs

• Record and maintain inventory and maintenance logs for mixing machines used in production.

• Validate and release Credit Notes and FOC (Free of Charge)

• Perform balance confirmations with partners/customers

• Manage Distributor/Customer Agreements

• Process and track Bank Guarantees
