• Responsible for daily company income and expenditure records and filling in financial forms; • Manage internal payment processes such as employee wages, bonuses, subsidies, etc.; • Organize and archive invoices, receipts, and bank transfer vouchers; • Assist in completing advertising payment settlements on platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and Shopee; • Prepare monthly financial reports and support the boss in cost accounting; • Follow up on the expense reimbursement process for suppliers or employees; • Assist HR or accountants in organizing relevant financial information and reconciliation information.
