• Minimum education SMA/SMK, Diploma (D3), or Bachelor Degree (S1) depending on position.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in related field (fresh graduates may apply for entry-level positions).
• Experience in F&B, retail, or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and able to work in a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically and mentally fit for operational roles.
• Good attitude, fast learner, and detail-oriented.
• Able to follow SOP and company operational standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for administrative positions.
• For finance-related roles: understanding of basic accounting, bookkeeping, and tax is preferred.
• For HR roles: understanding of recruitment, training, and employee administration is an advantage.
• For marketing roles: familiar with digital marketing, social media management, and promotional strategies is preferred.
• For leadership roles (Leader Outlet): strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills required.
• For driver/gudang roles: must have valid SIM and understand warehouse/logistics operations.
