JOB DESCRIPTION • Handling Market Place (Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok, etc.) • Reply to WhatsApp chats politely and well • Prepare Orders & Stock for Stores • Responsible for product Qualilty Check • Packing orders that come in per day • Updating incoming and outgoing stock of goods per day • Making weekly reports • Communicate and coordinate with related departments • Regularly check & monitor stocks • Check Incoming and outgoing sales QUALIFICATIONS • Understand e-commerce warehouse operations • Can work well with other people • Work Experience in the Admin field • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Understand the use of computers and Microsoft Office • Minimum S1 education in all majors • Good problem-solving Skill • Thoroughness and Attention To Detail
